MADAM, How many people, like me, were sad to read of the death of Ian Walker in last week's Gazette.

I have many memories of Ian as for many years he was the Gazette photographer. In fact, the best picture I have of msy husband and I and our three retired Guide Dogs was taken by Ian many years ago.

He was alway cheerful and helpful and I'm sure will be missed by many Ross people. Our sympathies go to all his family
