A brand new service called Work Routes is launching in Herefordshire on Monday, October 7th to give free jobs support to local unemployed people.

Work Routes is financed by the European Social Fund to help people in the area who are struggling to find work. It will be delivered by employment specialists Reed in Partnership, whose advisers will be available to provide free and expert advice to people who are keen to start working.

People who sign up to the service will benefit from in-depth support to help them deal with any issues they feel are stopping them from working. As well as things like online job searching, CV writing and interview practice, the service can help with trickier issues that people feel are stopping them from finding suitable work.
