Specsavers in Ross-on-Wye raised almost £150 for the Hearing Dogs for Deaf People charity through a dog themed fundraising day.
Specsavers store director Peter Lyons says: ‘Fundraising is a great opportunity to come together as a team, have fun in store and support a really worthwhile cause.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to the local community for coming down and getting involved in the fundraising activities. We hope that everyone enjoyed the delicious cakes as much as we did’.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People trains dogs to transform the lives of people with hearing problems.
The UK charity aims to ensure that people who are deaf have independence and confidence.
