Ross Town Council in partnership with an ever-growing group of local organisations including Dementia Matters Herefordshire, Ross Meeting Centre Dementia Club, and GPs are working to make Ross a place where people with dementia are understood, respected, and supported.

To launch this new initiative, they are offering dementia awareness sessions, which are open to everyone, at Ross Library on Thursday November 3 and Thursday November 10; at 10.30am, 1pm, and 3pm each day.

Those interested can book for free online. The group is also on the lookout for volunteers who can help make Ross a dementia friendly town, those interested can contact Ross Town Council on 01989 562373 or email [email protected].
