A meeting is taking place today, Wednesday, February 6th regarding the closure of the Ross-on-Wye MIU between Councillor Harry Bramer and the Chief Executive of the Wye Valley NHS Trust.

This is at the invitation of the Wye Valley NHS Trust following Ross-on-Wye Town Council’s request, however the Ross Gazette was told by the Town Clerk that it would not be appropriate for the press to be invited.

Depending on the outcome, there may be further issues that can be publicised after the meeting.

The Town Council Clerk will be sending a list of questions that she has received from the Councillors in advance to enable the Trust the opportunity to consider its response.
