Ashfield Park Primary School spent the morning of Wednesday, September 26th running a mile.

Parents, teachers, and pupils ran, jogged, and walked round the school’s field until they had completed the mile.

Bobby Pritchard, a member of Monross Trailblazers, came to talk to parents before they began their walk. He is a coach for the running club and has been part of training a group of runners for the Couch to 5K in Ross-on-Wye, who all took part in the recent 5K marathon there.See this week’s paper for more stories like this, available in shops and as a Digital Edition now.
