Madam, Please may we, through the Ross Gazette, thank all the people of Ross for the wonderful messages and support they have given us following the recent loss of our parents.

Between us we have received hundreds of messages, letters, cards and telephone calls from people worldwide. We have been very touched at just how well they were thought of.

We also appreciate the donations that have been received on Mum's behalf at the service in St Mary's Church, which will be divided between the Friends of Ross Community Hospital and the Renton Unit in Hereford, both of which helped us tremendously. This fund will stay open for a while at Bevan's Funeral Directors in Gloucester Road should anyone still wish to contribute.

Obviously we cannot possibly mention everyone in a letter such as this but you all know who you are and we very much appreciate your help and thoughts at this time.

We would like to give a special mention to Rev Andrew Talbot-Ponsonby for all his kindness and help in Mum's final weeks. Also, the doctors and staff at Pendeen Surgery and Ross Community Hospital, Simon and the staff at Parkfields and the girls who catered after the service.

We will be continuing to run the business in Brookend Street in the way they both would have wished and look forward to seeing anyone who wishes to pop in.

Once again, thank you all so much.

Neil and Sheron, Gail and Phill, James and Mark, the Lucas family, Ross
