There is a yellow weather warning in place for Ross-on-Wye this evening, Tuesday, March 8th. The Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for Herefordshire with several hours continuous rain expected tonight.

There will be a cloudy start to this evening with perhaps a few spots of rain or drizzle. Then a band of rain, possibly heavy at times with hill snow, will spread eastwards overnight. Winds will strengthen overnight, and the minimum temperature isexpected to be 1 °C.

On Wednesday the heavy rain and any hill snow will continue through most of the morning, with gusty winds continuing. Slowly becoming drier and less windy during the afternoon. Maximum Temperature 8 °C.
