LOCAL residents who want to impress visitors to the town are being urged to join a litter pick on Sunday, September 4th. Volunteers will be meeting at Edde Cross House at 10am and all equipment needed will be provided.

There is a small group of regular litter pickers who do their best to supplement the work carried out by Ross Town Council’s employees but, unfortunately more litter appears almost more quickly than it can be cleared.

Instead of grumbling about it why not join this loyal band and help make Ross clean and tidy and give tourists a good impression.
