Madam, I am all for free speech and a bit of 'healthy' debate, but how lovely and refreshing to see, in amongst some fiery opinions on gay marriage (and in a world where only extreme religious views and actions seem to be reported in the wider media), a simple acknowledgment for one of the many humble acts done through good faith and compassion for a fellow human, in the letter about the food larder published in the Ross Gazette of February 13th. In some ways there's a message there....
