Herefordshire Council organised a countywide free parking event on Saturday, February 9th, to enable residents and visitors to enjoy free parking for up to four hours after 10am on all council car parks in Herefordshire (except Friar Street, Hereford).

Parking Enforcement Officers observed traffic and parking patterns, while customers were not required to purchase tickets.
