Dawe Brothers Funeral Directors are celebrating Easter with their charity partner Hope Support Services by asking Ross-on-Wye residents to donate an Easter egg at their Ross branch. These will then be given to Hope’s young people, all of whom are going through a family health crisis.
This is the latest collection Dawe Brothers have held to help give something back to the local community, with last year’s total reaching over 100 of the sweet treats – an amount that Jess Meek would love to beat.
“This is the first collection I have done for Dawe Brothers as I have only been here since June 2015, but I know that my colleague Keith had done them for the past couple of years,” said Jess. “Hopefully this will show that there are people out there in our community who are thinking about these young people at the most difficult time in their lives.”
