Madam, about a week ago I had to spend a week in Ross Community Hospital.

It was mostly a very good experience, a pleasant environment with excellent nursing care, full of good will. But there was a real and unecessary downside: the cuisine.

I have never come across such revoltingly overcooked vegetables. Vegetables can be delicious if cooked for a few minutes rather than hours. Surely the kitchen can do something about this state of affairs? It could, but doesn't offer salads. At least one can't overcook a salad!
