A tip-off from a member of the public led officers from Herefordshire Council's trading standards team, West Mercia Police and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs to an Eastern European store in Ross where they seized more than 25,000 cigarettes where UK duty had been evaded.
Following tip-offs from the general public there have been raids and seizures from three shops within Herefordshire. Full report in this week's Gazette.
