WESTON Athletic could not have faced a tougher game after the Christmas break when they faced Sedbury United in the Geo Sandoe Cup. Sedbury are top of the first division, two leagues higher than Weston. However the Weston players did themselves proud and lost the game after pulling themselves level. Manager Eli Wooding had a few selection dilemmas with Dewi Stuart still absent with a long term injury and Steve Kittner missing with the flu.
