OUTPLAYING all the opposition, local band 'Fahrenheit' are through to the next round in the regional finals of 'Live and Unsigned', the UK's largest music competition.
All Ross boys, Kieran Pitts-Caton, Nye James, Connor Bevan, James Wood and Eddie Gill, have performed at local festivals, including Linton and Ross Rocks. And when they are not gigging they are studying for their A levels at JKHS.
The band specialises in its own brand of classic rock and during 'Live and unsigned' they have performed their own musical composition, written specially for this round of the competition.
If they are successful they will go to the area finals in Milton Keynes, where they could win a place at the National Finals at the O2 in London.
Meanwhile, the band would welcome the chance to perform live and support local charity events and they hope readers will look them up on facebook and book them to play at their forthcoming events.
