Benjamin John Timmins (29) was found guilty at Hereford Magistrates’ Court of assault by beating.
This follows an incident last year, after Timmins assaulted a woman. He was found guilty on July 7th by Magistrates and sentenced to six months imprisonment, suspended for 24 months.
A three-year restraining order has also been put into place; Timmins has been banned from contacting the victim directly or indirectly by any means until July 2020.
He was also ordered to complete a 29 day programme, to help build better relations, and a 20 day rehabilitation course.
