A recruitment fair is taking place to highlight the range of roles available in health and social care across Gloucestershire.

The event, at Kingsholm Stadium, in Gloucester, on Thursday 21 February, from 10am until 3.30pm, is being hosted by the county’s health trusts and Gloucestershire County Council under the umbrella of ‘One Gloucestershire’.

Alison Wilmott-Miller, Deputy Director of Human Resources for 2gether NHS Foundation Trust, said: “This is a great opportunity to find out about the wide range of careers on offer across our hospitals, community settings and in the care industry in Gloucestershire.

“A range of clinical and non clinical roles will be highlighted and you will be able to find out more about career paths, training and development opportunities, and have an interview on the day, if appropriate.

“There are few more rewarding careers than working in health and social care – whether that’s in a clinical or support capacity. We’d love to see you there.”

There are more than 300 career paths available in the NHS and care sector locally. These include everything from working as a Health Care Assistant, nurse, doctor, or therapist, to being a porter, accountant, personal assistant or catering colleague.

Find out more about the organisations and roles available by visiting www.oneglosrecruitment.net. There is no need to book a place for the recruitment fair – just attend Kingsholm Stadium any time between 10am and 3.30pm on Thursday 21 February.
