There were celebrations at Much Birch Community Hall on Tuesday, as a cheque for £104,420 was received from the Big Lottery Fund. The award is to complete an extension to the existing building adding two additional meeting rooms and improved disabled toilet facilities.

The hall is currently used for many different activities including Parish Council meetings and fitness classes.
