LUKE JONES, our local motor bike racer, riding at Oulton Park in the Triumph Triple Challenge, had two races on Bank Holiday Monday. He was fourth in the first race but with a few alterations the Jones Race Team had Luke on track for a win in the second race. Luke was lying second until the last lap. There was a fast and exciting race between three riders. Luke took the lead going into the last lap, but was paced going into the final corner. But Luke didn't give in and a mad dash to the line gave Luke the win by .006 of a second. Well done to Luke. He is now seven points clear at the top of the championship table. The next round is at Croft, north Yorkshire on May 14th and 15th. A big thank you to KGD of Hereford and all the sponsors.
