Throughout October, many people across Herefordshire will be taking part in Go Sober for October, a fundrasing campaign, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

There is an oppotunity to meet some of Macmillan’s volunteers on Tuesday, October 6th, at the Royal Hotel in Ross-on-Wye, from 6pm until 8pm.

Visitors to the evening can learn a little bit about Macmillan in Herefordshire operates, how and who raises the money and most importantly, how the charity spends the donated money, to support those people who are affected by cancer across Herefordshire.
