Madam, In 2013 Ross Civic Society will celebrate its 40th Anniversary. The aims of the Society are to promote high standards of planning and architecture in Ross and District; to educate the public by making available information on the geography, history, natural history and architecture of the area; and to encourage the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest around Ross.

Our thriving Society always welcomes new members who share its aims. In particular we are keen to find people who are interested in planning, architecture and the effects of the new Localism Act and who would like to be involved with our Planning Sub-Committee.

Anyone who is interested in planning issues in Ross and District is invited to attend our next meeting, on Wednesday 12th September at 7.30pm at the Larruperz Centre, or to email me at [email protected]">[email protected]
