Richard Thomas Karl Alan Morgan, age 26, of Hereford, elected a Summary Trial at Hereford Magistrates Court on April 28th.

He pleaded not guilty to non-payment for goods supplied, namely payment of a hotel bill, including room, restaurant and bar charges, on January 1st, 2016 at an hotel in Ross-on-Wye. He is accused of dishonestly making off to avoid payment of £568.80.

He was remanded on unconditional bail until August 17th 2016.
