The plans for the Courtyard to move artists and craftspeople into the Market House are not proceeding as smoothly as Ross Town Council would like.

Councillors also said that they need their solicitors to ensure that when they do take over the Asset from Herefordshire Council they take on the whole building. Currently the agreement with Herefordshire Council would mean that the County Council would retain the right to access the lower level.
