FORTIS Living (formerly Festival Housing) has written to residents along the Hoarwithy Road in Bridstow about their plans for a residential development.

They intend to apply for planning permission from herefordshire Council for 35 new homes on land south of Foxdale. Representatives from Fortis Living, a leading housing provider in Herefordshire and a preferred affordable housing delivery partner of the council, has recently met with planning officers at Herefordshhire Council to discuss the potential development.
