Weston Athletic players get their new season under way in the North Gloucestershire Division 2, on Saturday, at home against Soudley with a kick off at 2.30pm. After their highly successful season last season when they won division 3, manager Eli Wooding will be hoping for a similar campaign this coming season. Wooding has managed to keep together the squad from last season along with introducing a couple of new players.

Weston players are also pleased that they will continue to go back to the Golf Sports Bar after games, with new owners Steve and Louise Preece kindly sponsoring new polo shirts for the team. All are welcome to come along on Saturday and show your support to Weston for the upcoming season.

Weston is holding a fundraising family skittles evening at the Golf Sports Bar on Saturday September 3rd at 7.30pm, all families are welcome to come along.
