Little Amelie Morgan is delighted that she has her own set of wheels to help her get around with her brothers, Oscar and Luca, who attend Gorsley Goffs School, and join in outdoor play with her friends at nursery.

Amelie was presented with a new Tomcat Tiger tricycle specially made for her at an assembly at Gorsley Goffs School.

In April 2013 the pupils at the school held a sponsored bounce to raise money for two causes that are close to their hearts. Their aim was to raise enough money to help towards the purchase of a defibrillator for the school, as a pupil has a heart condition, and to help purchase specialist equipment for Amelie, who has a rare genetic disorder called Prader-Willi Syndrome. The children raised a stunning total of almost £2000.

Amelie's parents bought her a special car seat, which makes it easier to get her in and out of the car. And then, thanks to an additional donation of £300 from Ross Lions, they had the special tricycle made.
