Four year old Niamh Hickey was a winner at Ross Library in the first Team Read Quiz and she won £25 of Halo vouchers and a special sports bag. She did particularly well as there were more entries in Ross than at any other library in the county.

Jan Nesaratnam, Herefordshire Council's senior reader services librarian, said: "The quiz was run as part of this year's Summer Reading Challenge and more than 200 entries were received by libraries with Ross-on-Wye taking pole position for the most entrants."

Ross Library Development Group has organised a series of meetings for people to find out what is being planned for the future of the Ross Library and the Info Service. The first will take place on Tuesday, November 4th.
