A LOCAL man has been honoured in the King’s Birthday Honours that celebrates individual outstanding achievements and contributions to British society.
Noel Manns, 65, of Llangrovehas been awarded an Order of the British Empire for his political and public service.
Mr Manns is the chairman of the Conservative Agents' Superannuation Fund and a director of Haberdashers Monmouth Schools as well as being a prominent member of the Hereford branch of the Prayer Book Society.
Mr Manns co-founded Europa Capital Partners, a business that is now owned by Mitsubishi Estate. He has over 40 years of pan European property industry experience, holding multiple senior positions. He has sat on several property advisory boards including the New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering in Hereford.
