LEADING property firm Paul Fosh Auctions has signalled its aim to diversify further with an important appointment to its newly created business.
Experienced property negotiator Olivia Williams from Ross-on-Wye has been appointed to fill a key role at the recently launched modern auction business YourBid.
The South Wales-based property and lettings business, which is consistently placed at number one in the all-Wales auction sales league, aims to bolster this position with the launch.
Ms Williams, 23, has built up a solid background in property, is excited to be in at the start of the new venture for established Paul Fosh Auctions.
She has previously worked as a senior sales negotiator at a Gloucester Docks real estate agency and before that in a key role with a lettings business
“Having grown up in a family involved in the industry, I have a strong passion for property that motivates me to deliver excellent service and achieve the best outcomes for clients,” said Ms Williams.
“My journey in property began at 16 with an apprenticeship at a letting agent, laying the foundation for a career I’m truly passionate about.
“I’m really excited to be taking up this role with YourBid because the modern method of auction sales is a growing part of the property market, offering real benefits in terms of flexibility and transparency.
“I’m looking forward to helping more people see the value in this approach as there are many benefits to both buyers and sellers.”
