Residents opposed to the planning application submitted by KW Bell to develop 14 , four or five bedroom, 'executive' style houses on the Greytree Spine Road were thrilled when Councillors also agreed to oppose the plans at an Extra Ordinary Meeting of the Ross Rural Parish Council on Thursday, May 31st.

They said that they had won the first battle but were hoping to win the war and that planning consent would be refused when it was considered by Herefordshire Council Planning Committee.
