Madam, I am writing to you once again to address the car parking problems in Ross-on-Wye. I've had four penalty notices from Hereford. I don't think penalty notices are fair for those with walking disabilities. Let us hope that the newly built Sainsburys will inject a better feeling for shoppers.
They say come to Ross-on-Wye to be sharpened, I was recently at the Teifi Valley Tourist Association dog show and I still feel the Welsh are more hospitable. The Traffic Wardens drive people away from the town.
