A planning permission application to develop a site on Overross Street in Ross-on-Wye has been submitted to Herefordshire Council. The application proposed that use of the Overross Garage be changed from the hand car wash to a Class A1 convienience store.

The application also proposes that external alterations to building be completed, including the installation of an ATM; the provision of a new plant, and alterations be carried out to the site access and car park.

The application is still being deliberated, until Tuesday, November 24th. A number of consulters have been required during the course of the application. These were Herefordshire Council, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, Environmental Health, Ross-on-Wye Town Council, and Ross North.
