A planning application has been made to Herefordshire Council for the proposed demolition of the Riverview Flats in Wye Street, Ross-on-Wye.

The application sets out plans to rebuild a modern multi-residential apartment block in its place.

The planning application proposes ten apartments; two executive apartments per floor, with between two and three double bedrooms. The construction will be in ’modern materials, utilising a primary steel frame structure’.

The design intends to respect the character of the area through its material choice of finishes.
