A decision regarding the proposal for 32 houses at Cawdor Gardens in Ross-on-Wye, is unlikely to be decided for some time. The application was given a target determination date of October 15th.

However, Herefordshire Council has told the Ross Gazette that the system automates a ‘target determination date’, but depending on the complexity of applications, determination times can vary from that listed online.
