The Ross Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) is now open for consultation on options relating to The Chase Hotel site.
As previously notified at the Parish Meeting, the Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group is holding a three week consultation on how the NDP might best deal with the open issues relating to the Chase Hotel site. The consultation opened on June 7th and will close on June 28th.
The consultation material is available at http://bit.ly/RossNDPChaseConsult (links are also available from the Town Council website and the NDP Facebook page) or on paper from the Town Council offices.
The deadline for responses leaves three working days before the NDP Steering Group will receive the results and any consequent amendments to the Plan itself.
The NDP Steering Group will then meet on July 4th to consider the results and proposed changes to the Plan.
Any final adjustments to the Plan will be made on July 5th - at which point the proposed the Plan text will go to the Town Councillors for consideration and decision at their last meeting (July 8th) before the summer break.
If approved, the Plan text and all the supporting evidence will be re-submitted to Herefordshire Council on July 9th, or very soon after, for processing under Regulation 15 before the Regulation 16 public Consultation (managed by Herefordshire Council) can commence.
