A planning application for 32 new homes at Cawdor Gardens will be decided by Herefordshire Council’s Planning Committee on Wednesday, April 10th.
The planning application, submitted by Ross Almshouse Charity, proposes a residential development of 32 dwellings, of which 13 will be affordable homes, along with an ecological corridor, a separate public open space and access enhancements, together with the partial (almost total) demolition of the former railway bridge.
The planning application is on the agenda for the meeting starting at 10am.
Ross Town Council support the application but some members object to the removal of the railway arch on the grounds that 'no evidence has been submitted stating that it needs to be removed for fire service reasons.’
