Andy Peters, managing director at Persimmon Homes South Midlands, told the Ross Gazette that all the money owing for their 106 contribution for their development in Ross-on-Wye will be settled by the end of January 2017.

Councillor Phil Cutter, who is a County and Town Councillor, told the members of Ross Town Council at their meeting on Monday, December 12th, that £325,980 is still outstanding and being pursued by Herefordshire Council.

Mr Peters said: “We are pleased to confirm that by the end of January 2017 Herefordshire County Council will have received all 106 payment contributions in relation to our Chase View development in Ross-on-Wye.”
