Legal notices have been issued regarding the estates of two local residents who recently passed away, advising creditors and claimants to come forward.

The notices, published pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, aim to identify anyone with an interest in or a claim against the estates before assets are officially distributed to beneficiaries.

The first estate relates to Yvonne Hyacinth Crawford-Palmer, formerly of 31 Berkeley Vale Park, Berkeley, who passed away on May 10, 2026. Representatives must receive written details of any claims by July 29, 2026.

The second estate concerns Malcolm Seabourne, late of 28 High Beech Road, Bream, Lydney, who died on April 18, 2026. The deadline for claims against his estate is August 5, 2026.
