A planning application to build more than 200 homes in Hildersley, Ross-on-Wye, has been submitted to Herefordshire Council.
The proposal is an application for approximately 212 houses to be built at Hildersley Farm, including affordable housing, public open space and associated works.
The site is near to land owned by the Ministry of Defence.
The consultation ends on Thursday, February 9th 2017. There have already been many responses from interested parties, including Ross Town Council, a flood risk assesment, a dormouse survey, the Ministry of Defence, and many local residents.
