PLANS for five homes at a farm near Ross-on-Wye have been given the go-ahead.
Herefordshire Council approved the revised redevelopment scheme at Little Woodend Farm, Linton, on Monday, September 28, subject to conditions.
The plans, submitted by Webb Construction Ltd, will see four new-build homes erected in place of modern agricultural buildings.
Those buildings were already subject to an existing planning permission allowing their conversion into four homes.
The latest scheme also includes the restoration and rebuilding of a stone barn to create a fifth property.
Associated landscaping, biodiversity improvements, drainage and access works are also included within the development.

The application was submitted in July and underwent public consultation between July 30 and September 1 before planning officers reached their decision.
