Ross Town is looking at re-starting an Adult team next season. To do this the members need to know whether there is enough interest to proceed with these plans. They will be running training sessions on Wednesdays at 5.45-7.00pm, at a cost of £2, at the pitch behind the Rowing Club starting on Wednesday, April 28th.

Former player with Ross Town, Tom Ballantyne, told The Ross Gazette that the main aim is to give Ross a senior team again and give Ross Juniors a clear player pathway from Under 8s to Adults. The coach who will be running the sessions is a level 2 coach and working towards his level 3/UEFA B coaching badge. He has coached at the Kidderminster Harriers centre of excellence this season and works for the HFA as a schools' coach. Jim Loftus will also be helping run the sessions.

Tom also wants to remind people that they are running a girls' club at John Kyrle on Fridays from 5-6pm. This only started seven weeks ago and they have had very good numbers turning up although they still have room for a few more.
