Ross is my home town. I grew up here and want to remain here now I’m working. My friends and I have found that’s easier said than done. Jobs are hard to come by. It’s a struggle to afford to travel for work. I can’t imagine when I’ll be able to afford to have a home of my own. I know I’m not alone in feeling like this. Ross of the future needs to work for everyone – young and old, residents and visitors.

I know that the Council currently plays a limited part in shaping these issues – but its influence is growing all the time. I want to make sure that the needs of current and future generations are properly represented in all the decisions made about Ross.

Lots of Town Councillors have been on the Council for years – that provides experience – but I think the council also needs fresh ideas. Vote for me on March 23rd and I will make the Town Council more accessible and accountable. I want to do this by giving residents the opportunity to vote online and have an input in what is discussed in Town Council meetings.

Elect me and I will become part of the growing network of It’s Our County Councillors at parish and county levels across Herefordshire. This will give me the support and advice I need to ensure I remain your Independent, Organised and Capable representative.

I want to continue to champion road improvements and public transport services – not just into Hereford but on routes connecting Ross to important out-of-county employment areas.
