The position of a new LED lamp in Pigs’ Alley, the main throughfare for people parking in New Street or the Corn Exchange car park, in Ross-on-Wye, to the town centre, has raised eyebrows, and several residents have called the Ross Gazette about it.

One gentleman said: "I walk through there regularly and I cannot understand why it is so far out from where the previous lamp post was. It just looks ridiculous."
