Ross Town Councillor, Daniel Lister will be spending a night on the streets of Hereford to raise money for the Supported Housing for Young People Project (SHYPP) charity.

SHYPP provides 16 to 25 year olds across Herefordshire with housing, training and employment opportunities. They also provide a range of accommodation suitable for young people at different stages of their lives.

Cllr Lister said: “Homelessness is close to my heart. With homelessness on the rise in young people, organisations like SHYPP are key to their future and are helping young people in Herefordshire.”

He hopes to raise awareness about homelessness, while also raising funds to aid those in need. Cllr Lister will be sleeping out on the streets on the night of October 5th, 2018.
