An increasing number of residents enjoyed Ross Juniors’ latest football training session at Ross Court Care Home on Friday, February 14.

After an initial warm up the residents than worked on their football skills, held a penalty shoot out, had target practice and knocked down the skittles with precision shooting.

The sessions are becoming more and more popular and the improvement, development and most of all enjoyment amongst the residents is clearly evident.

At the end of the session the participants were each given a medal for their efforts - which they proudly wore and they were also presented with a special Valentine’s Day cake.
