Residents have reacted angrily to the temporary closure of the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at Ross Community Hospital as they fear this could lead to a more permanent closure.

Signs put up at the reception of the Hospital alerting patients to the temporary closure of the MIU were the first that many people knew of the decision to move staff away from Ross to support the Accident and Emergency department at Hereford Hospital.
