On behalf of us all who recently took part in the Ross Pensioners Three Peaks Challenge may I give a big thank you to yourself for the wonderful articles you printed and also to the good people of Ross-on-Wye for their encouragement and financial contribution to our charities; The Little Princess Trust, The Friends of St Mary’s and the Motor Neurone Disease Association. We hope to exceed £2000.

I know you have an archive recording all the far-flung places the Gazette has travelled to so I enclose a photo of your newspaper on the top of Ben Nevis.
