The Ross-on-Wye Sports Centre at Wilton has once again been the target for vandals.

Councillor Hannah Lerego, who is one of the Ross Town Council representatives has posted the news on Facebook and opened an appeal to help the sports clubs meet the cost of the damage.

Ross Sports Centre is home to both Ross Cricket Club and Ross Juniors Football Club and is run by volunteers. Cllr Lerego said "Volunteers run this centre tirelessly for the benefit of others and this fabulous resource is repeatedly abused by the dregs of society."

She asked anyone with any information to contact the police on 101. There has already been a donation for £50 and if anyone would like to make a donation contact Cllr Lerego at Ross Town Council office, High Street, Ross.
