We were very lucky to be given a tour of the Rosswyn Hotel recently. The transformation from a derelict shell of a building into several impressive flats is hard to imagine.

However, the biggest visible impact is the restoration of the exterior of the building, which has given the whole street a lift.

Good job and well done to everyone concerned.
